How to activate Data Shuttle?

I am a business user but Data Shuttle is not activated. How to activate it?

It's a separate license that needs to be acquired. Have you added it to your account already?

I hope you can shed some light on the topic: what does the data-shuttle license cost? Are there any license types/plans?

We are young and small company (from Germany) on a very tight budget, so license costs are a huge topic.
