Unable to work with smartsheet !

Hi.

We have a big problem with our company account that have the Domain Strict login enabled !

Any of our accounts can connect to the support portal, so how can we contact the support without the ability to contact without a valid account ?!

How we can change the option when administrators can't access to admin portal ?

The new smartsheet mentality needs to be reviewed !It's been 24 hours since our company was trapped by support unable to help us.

We will therefore have to close the door of our company…..

There was an incident reported regarding logins yesterday - the Status page has been updated and this should now be resolved: https://status.smartsheet.com/

If you're still having issues and can't sign in to the Portal, you can reach out to Support through the Form located in the Help Center (under Step 2): https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482719-troubleshooting-support-portal-access

is still present and the process runs in a loop…

One of our administrators has a connection still active on smartsheet.

We were able to resolve the situation ourselves !

Hi @dam

Thank you for clarifying this is a different issue. From that message, it sounds like the plan your email is associated with may have certain login restrictions.

In this instance, normally a System Administrator for your plan can troubleshoot this with you. If they're unable to, please do follow-up with Support using the form linked above.
