Send as Attachment - Recurring Schedule

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Send as Attachment Feature.

I want to send the entire grid as PDF to certain people but It seems like it will only capture all the data that is in the grid for that certain day when you set it up.

Is there a way for smartsheet to send the most recent updated grid daily via this feature?

Like they will receive new data that is newly added and it will be included in the PDF that is sent daily?

Hello Jaime,

That's the point of sending always the latest version.

If you set up to send it daily every day it will always send the current version with updated / added data for this day.

I used that feature for many years and it always worked for me. Please give it another try.

Thanks for the response!

I'll give it another try. We noticed it since there are new entries in the grid and the next day, the file didn't include the newest entries in the grid.

very weird behaviour.

What about making some tests (changes) and sending now?
