Are there any other solutions to this issue. I have the same issue where I previously presented in a ppt and then provided all stakeholders the ppt that had all dashboards in it. Is there a way to do this with smartsheet other than combining each individual dashboard into a PDF?

Hi @Jingram,

I'm not 100% sure if I've understood the issue correctly, but would this help you?

If you have individual dashboards in Smartsheet for each of the projects, you could create another dashboard and add Shortcut widgets to add in each of the individual project dashboards.

Providing the stakeholders have the right access to the individual dashboards, you can then share this overall dashboard with them so they can click back and forth between the project dashboard widgets to see each one.

What about sharing a Workspace, Collection, or WorkApp with them, either with live data or view only?

I think I'll need to test these options. Right now we have the lowest tier plan so our license access is very limited. Thank you for sharing these options. I'll test with a non-licensed stakeholder and see what option works best.
