Copying rows from one sheet to another after checkbox trigger - copying whole sheet
Hi,
I have 2 sheets that I am setting up for inventory and ordering for my team. Sheet 'A' has a full inventory list, including a checkbox that will be checked when the inventory item needs to be ordered.
After a row is checked, I want it to copy over to my Sheet 'B'. I will use sheet B then to track the order process.
I have set-up the built-in Smartsheet workflow for copy/move a row, but I am having an issue. It is transferring the whole of sheet 'A' over, rather than just the row that I have checked. It also moves it over to the bottom of Sheet 'B'. Is there a way to just have the checked row copy over and for it to populate at the next available row?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
If you have a hierarchy with parents and children and the trigger/and condition include a parent, everything in that hierarchy will be copied to the next row in the destination sheet.If it's added with rows empty between them, you can try deleting the "empty" rows and see if that works.

I don't have any hierarchy's present in this sheet, so I don't think that would be affecting it right now. I have added a screenshot below of my sheet. I want everything in red, that has been checked, to be copied to the other sheet. I don't want the unchecked ones to move, but they are.

Is the checkbox for the other rows always unchecked?
Please double-check using the Cell-History feature.
Check how many rows are checked and how many are moved over to the other sheet.

They have always been unchecked, I just created the sheet this morning and checked the relevant items, but for whatever reason it is copying everything over.
