Are there any methods to delete a row after meeting specific Conditions ?

Unfortunately, no, but as a potential workaround, you could have a helper sheet and move the row(s) there instead and then manually delete it or have a clear cell workflow.

Make sense?

currently im doing it, but i need to delete unwanted attachment after completing the relevant task while keeping the other details not only but also need to delete rows after meeting the specific conditions, could you please add this kind of feature in future.

Ok. The only other way would be to use the Smartsheet API or a 3rd-party solution.
