On a sheet, can you have rows moved to the top?
We are using a sheet to track a project we are working on. I have set up conditional formatting so that when the project status changes to "Completed," the entire row greys out. Is there a way to move that row to the top of the sheet so that only outstanding items are displayed at the bottom? Currently, I have it filtered by due date, and I would like to keep it that way to know which items are due soonest. I just want to move the completed items to the top—if that makes sense.

Currently, there is not a way in Smartsheet natively to auto sort. @SSFeatures has an auto-sort feature. Otherwise, you will need to resort the data manually.

You can create a row report that will automatically filter and sort for you.
