Auto direct risk from master register to project risk

I have a master risk register with a column controlled by Bridge to update when a new project is spun up in Control Centre.. that way it's easier for people to add risks for a project.
Is there a way to automatically divert the risk from the master register to the respective project register?
I have the project code as metadata..
I was thinking something along the lines of the picture below, but a little stuck on the actual solution!
Really appreciate any help.

Also think something like this might work:
Parent workflow:
and then a childworkflow which searches the sheet for a match of Project ID, and if matches, adds the row?

Hey @Ide AirTrunk
Nice job on the flow.
One step I sometimes needed was an Array Length step after a Search step, where I could check if the returned array had a length greater than zero - a similar process to using COUNTIFS > 0 in a formula to see if there was a match. The array length step could give me a decision point, especially if I was trying to decide if I needed to update a row vs insert a new row. I'm sure there were more elegant ways to achieve but this way usually worked for me.
