Horizontal Scroll Causes Render Flashing after Update to Windows 11?

Hello,

Our org recently updated to Windows 11. I use Edge and Chrome.

I have noticed that when I scroll left-to-right on any size of data set in Grid View, the cells, rows, and columns flash and jump around on both Edge and Chrome.

Is anyone else seeing this now or previously? Any known solutions or method to inspect this? It's not a show-stopper, but I am reaching for the Dramamine.

I'd take a video but cannot due to org restrictions.

Thanks, @Isaac A. - I determined this was a result disabling "animation effects" in Windows 11 > Accessibility > Visual Effects. I turned that back on and now everything's fine … albeit animated.

I actually upgraded to Windows 11 today and tested in both Edge and Chrome, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you’re describing. I also didn’t come across similar reports during my research.

It sounds like this might be related to a browser or connection issue. I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items

If the problem continues after that, it might be worth checking in with your IT team, and then contacting Smartsheet Support for further assistance: Smartsheet Support.
