It would be great if you could set up an automation to auto-collapse a row based on a status or a date that is in the past. I use a grid and calendar to breakdown payroll deadlines and reminders for a whole year and the sheet can get pretty big so having a rule that will auto-collapse rows when something is completed or dated in the past would be so helpful.
I need to automate to move a summary task row including all its sub task rows from one sheet to another sheet when all task status is complete, or the Done column is checked. My automation moves every row in a sheet even though does not meet the requirement. May someone assist
Any way we can get a row to collapse after the task is complete, similar to the "hide/unhide" feature in excel?
