Adding cells with IFERROR blanks

I'm having an issue with this sheet: Smartsheet - Quote

The COST / PC column is where the issue is happening.

On line 4, I'm testing out using a different material that doesn't conform exactly to the sheet's setup but I'm trying to build in functionality to make it possible.

When the columns being added by COST / PC are returning the IFERROR blank because they aren't being used, CUT COST is just tacking a zero onto the end of the result. I've tried having IFERROR return a zero, but the result is the same. Does it not recognize the IFERROR returned zero/blank as a number?

I have just sent you a sheet access request for the sheet you shared here on the community. It might be that IFERROR is just not relevant in this case and you might need an IF(ISBLANK()) or something similar, but without seeing the sheet it is hard to tell.

EDIT: You were correct, I just needed to add the IF(ISBLANK()) in front of the cell causing the issue in the addition formula. I tried that before, but wasn't using it incorrectly!
