I'm supper excited about Card View but I can't figure out how to do the summary rows that are presented in the introduction video.
Is this a setting? a series of formulas I need to do? do they happen automatically?

Hello,
You can add subtasks to an existing card by selecting the card and pressing Shift + Enter on your keyboard—or clicking the More (vertical ellipsis) icon in the upper-right corner of a card and selecting Add Subtask.
Summary rows are also created through hierarchical relationships that you can create in the Grid and Gantt views. More info on this is available in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/504734-hierarchy-indenting-outdenting-rows
Is it possible to auto-populate an email domain in a field where people are asked to enter their email address? For example, I would like users to only have to type their name, without needing to enter anything after the “@” symbol, to reduce the chance of personal email addresses being entered.
