Adding a 5-why widget, a fishbone diagram widget, and a user define table widget to the dashboard would be really handy. Also, ability to attach document from local drive.

You could use a rich text widget to note the steps of a 5-why. I'm not sure what functionality you're looking for specifically with a type of 5-why widget, or with putting a user-defined table in a dashboard. You may be able to accomplish a "user-defined table" with a sheet and report widget.
Smartsheet currently doesn't have a fishbone diagram widget, or a way to attach files to a dashboard directly from your computer. I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
