Formula with two conditions met turning a ball green

Hello, I am trying to build a formula that will do the following:

If either column is blank the health stays blank.

I was hunting back through the pages looking for unanswered threads and couldn't understand why this one had been orphaned.

The formula you're looking to stick in the first row of the Health column is:

=IF(AND([Yes/No]1 = "Yes", [Verification Check]1), "Green", "")

Then drag it down as far as necessary.

I am trying to add the number of passengers per month per year
I am trying to get the passenger count per month per year, and I can't seem to get the formula correct. I need to add the number of passengers for each month per year. If anyone could assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Changes with predecessors
I need to edit a large sheet that has a lot of predecessors. I need to delete one row and move another. when I make the changes the predecessors for proceeding lines are not correctly displaying the dates correctly. Need help.
