It isn't my favorite thing though. I much prefer referencing matrixes in my sheets to build charts such as what you posted, which can be done in a dashboard
Hi Luke,
The Pivot App does have its place and offers some conveniences over what can be achieved by indexing named ranges, using cross-sheet references etc.
But it is not cheap at ~$2,000 so is only applicable to certain organisations/users.

I use smartsheet If you go to a dashboard and add a widget is is very easy to follow the steps to create one.
We've manually created a separate 'Pivot' sheet that does cross-sheet calculations to drive dashboard graphs and widgets. Like the screenshot attached. A nice new addition to the graphs means we can pick which particular series of data to include and which to exclude from the graph.
I have shared sheets and dashboards with people outside of my organization, and one has a paid license. Would I be able to grant admin access to this licensed user to their sheet? Or would the ownership of the space by one organization limit the admin accessibility of someone from outside?
