Our team is unable to access reports. They won't load and end with an error. Is anyone else having this issue at the moment? I have been adding conditional formatting to some sheets today. Is that known to cause errors with reporting?
I am having the same issue. All reports have stopped loading.

I recommend signing up for smartsheet status reports. https://status.smartsheet.com/ They are aware of the issue are looking into it.

Do you know if there is a way to access the Status page from the general app.smartsheet.com site? It would make sense to have that easily available so we don't have to hunt down info when something seems glitchy.
I don't, but I do know that you can subscribe to the reports so when something is reported you will be instantly notified.

I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
