How to do "OR" in conditional formatting

Hello, I have a column which receives answers from a form. The form is basically a test for nurses. I have conditional formatting set up in the answer column that if the answer arriving is NOT the correct answer, then the cell with the wrong answer turns red.

Now the managers decided to change the wording in one of the answers. I changed the form, but I have not changed the conditional formatting because we already have thousands of answers with the old word. I worry that if I change the conditional formatting to have the new word, all the old correct answers will turn red because they contain the old word. Is that correct? Is there a way around it? I don't see an option for "or" in the conditional formatting.

Example: Old answer was: "The sky is blue". The new answer is: "The sky is azure."

I already have many answers marked as correct (not red) - but those answers are based on the answer and conditional formatting with the word "blue".

I now changed the test answer to be "azure" but left the conditional formatting with "blue". Doesn't this mean that all new answers will be marked as wrong? But if I change the conditional formatting to "azure", then all the old answers will be marked as wrong. Correct?

Any way around this?
