Removing Answer Choices from Webform

I am making webform for event sponsorships. I would like the sponsors to select which events they want to sponsor - but each event can only have one sponsor.
Is there a way to have a dropdown menu that eliminates choices once someone else has selected them?
For instance, if I have sponsor event A, event b and event c, then the first person to fill out the form chooses event A. Then when the second person fills out the form they can only choose event b or event c.
Is this possible?!

There's not a way to do that in Smartsheet automatically. the dropdown would ahve to be modified after the item is selected.
