Report Not Updating

I have several reports setup to filter a sheet by status and up until today everything worked fine. Now, when the status changes, the report doesn't get updated and I don't understand why. For example one of the reports filters for a status of "Design" and when I perform the necessary steps to move it out of the "Design" status it still shows up in the design report even though the status isn't "Design"

    I'm experiencing similar problems with reports. I opened a report, clicked on the sheet name link to get to the source sheet, added a column. Returned to the report and could not add the new column to the report. 

    I then proceeded to refresh the report, refresh the sheet, edit and save the sheet again, refresh the browser. Eventually the changes are showing up but there is a 5-min delay between sheet edits and the change reflecting in the reports.

    I'm seeing this for data value changes for exisiting columns and for sheet changes (new columns added).   I suspect something is not right server side.  That said this is the first time I've experienced this particular problem.

    So if we're seeing the same thing I would expect your entries to move out of the "design" report after things catch up on the back end.

    Hmm. Please keep us up-to-date on these issues. Usually, when something is updated in the main sheet the report should include that change (after reloading it). Please let us know if this is reported by Smartsheet as a bug.

    Is this also affecting alerts?  There is nothing on the Status page, but we have alerts that aren't sending either.
