At-Risk Flag

Good Day All, 

   I am wondering if there is a way to apply this format to my sheet. I want to be able to move a task to the executive dashboard automatically/ real time. For example, I want to be able to mark a task as at-risk and the task will move to the project dashboard automatically. 

   I am still completely new at smartsheet and I am not even sure if this is something that is possible. Any help would be appreciated.
