Hi all, does anyone knows if one license owner can create separate workspace and sell tools/sheets to other business customers without breaching any of Smartsheet's agreements without being official reseller? I'd like to create few sheets for external customer, but he wants me to purchase license on my own and do all job for him. I tried to reach customer support but nobody responds to my emails.

I reached out to our Channel Partners team and found that there isn't any official way to do this without actually becoming a reseller.
As you may know, one of the benefits of the partner program is access to a sales portal. If you're not a reseller, you could create the Smartsheet items and share them with your customer, but you would be responsible for managing any payment agreements.
