Profiles won't save if your department or position don't gel with some (I'm guessing?) pre-approved (somewhere) responses. So I did all the work of creating a profile, got a red x when saving and nothing saved. So I have no profile data.

Also, the type on your site breaks words up all over the place so you may need to revisit your responsive design.

    Thanks for reaching out about this. We're working on improving the Community experience and this specific feedback is helpful towards that effort.

    Although you don't say so explicitly, I am guessing that you are talking about the My Profile page here in Community (rather than your Smartsheet account info). You are correct that the list of possible departments that you can choose from under "Department" when you edit your profile is finite.

    Thanks also for the feedback about the odd line breaks. I'll investigate ... it may be a few months before we're up and running with a better, more responsive experience. Thanks for participating in Community as we work on these improvements.

    Hi, thanks. Also: if I go to 'community' it makes me login again, even though I'm already logged in, and when I login, it takes me to my sheets, not the community.

    It seems that if there are pre-decided departments, you should have a drop-down menu to select, rather than expecting someone to know what you mean (I didn't). So basically unless you know this, you can't fill out your profile.

    Agree on all accounts. We're working on improving the experience. This is great feedback. I can't give a specific timeline, but we'll be changing the Community experience over the next year and these are things that will be addressed.
