Hi all,

When using web forms, I'd like to capture the email address entered in the confirmation email field into a column in my smartsheet.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Steve,

That would be a feature enhancement.

Currently, you can either do this by having the user enter their email in another field...which means they have to enter it twice

    OR

make your webform be accessible only by users who are logged into Smartsheet. See below.

    Hope that helps.

Accessible byControl whether your web form can be viewed and submitted by anyone with the link or only registered Smartsheet users. With the latter, anyone who navigates to the web form URL will be prompted to log in to Smartsheet (if they aren't already logged in) before they can view and submit the form. In this case, if Enable confirmation email is selected, web form submitters will see their email addresses automatically populated when they check the box to send me a copy of my responses.

    Thanks for the feedback Tim!

I currnetly have my sheet setup as you suggest in your first option.

I'll take a look at whether 2nd option is feasable for us.
