I would like a completed form to be sent to my email so I can then either print or export the form into a PDF. I want it to be "viewable" in my email as it is when the form is being filled out.

I have created a form with with about 30 fields. I have set up some automated update requests. When the person receiving the update request link opens up the link to the form, all the fields are not in the order I set them up in. Any ideas what has happened here? Thanks, Jay
