TimeStamp Formula Value

Hi,
I would like to get a time/stamp value from a form entry onto to my master sheet , and have it reference the name of the person who made the entry.
So for example, if I place an entry on the form, I need for my master sheet to match up my name and the time/stamp data and put it on my master sheet.
Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You can now set a timestamp date based on another cell change using an automation workflow!

Hi there, the form entries will automatically add a date/timestamp if, in you add a system column type to your sheet. And then on your form options (the final option while editing the form, includes a require smartsheetΒ registration to only allow registered smartsheetΒ users. This will require them to login into smartsheet but will also capture their user information.Β
This thread talks a little about capturing smartsheetΒ user informationΒ https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/capture-email-address-form-submission
See screenshot for how to set up a system column for creation date.Β

Hi,
Thank you for this, but I want to link the information onto another sheet.
Having problems with coming up with a formula that will allow the information to be pasted onto the master sheet.Β
I will check out the other thread and see if I can get some ideas there.
Thanks again.

Are you planning on using certain criteria to pull the info (most recent submission kind of thing) or are you just trying to populate another sheet with all entries?

Hi @Mike Wilday ,
I am looking to do something similar but the Record a Date action does not add a timestamp. Only the date.

I hope you're well and safe!
Please have a look at my post below with a method I developed.
