Form - Copy of Answers

Hello,

Is it possible for a form submitter to receive not just their answers, but also a copy of what they filled out? Our form has information in the question descriptions (not just the Q&A fields) that we'd like them to have a copy of.

If they can't receive the whole form along with their answers, is it possible to add one field with a link that can make it into those answers, so every submitter (who requests a copy of their response) can view a document via a link?

I hope you're well and safe!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

Add the information to the sheet in so-called helper columns and include them in an automatic alert workflow.
Manually send a nicely formatted PDF by using the Document Builder (can be done in bulk)
Send an automatic alert workflow, but with the structure, you'd like by using the placeholder feature.

Would any of those options work/help?
