Index, Collect, Contains, Or
In the source sheet that I'm referencing, there are 2 rows that contain the assignments, and I want both names. Here is the source sheet. So for the row in the target sheet where I am pulling the assignments for "Nursing Go-Live" I want both names (Greg and Darla): I want it to pull in the name for "Nursing Go-Live" that…

I think I need an index match formula as source sheet is unsorted
Hi, people smarter than me. I have been trying for days and days to get a formula to work. The source data is not sorted; it is populated by form data. The vloopup formula only duplicated the same result from the first row over again. =IF(VLOOKUP([Primary Column]@row, {2024 Circulation File Num to Support Level}, 1, false)…

Needing Two Timestamps in One Smartsheet
Hello, Can someone please assist with having two timestamps? I need to have our "Timestamp" in the first column when the customer submits a quote request, and another timestamp in "Arista Timestamp" (with date and time) of when "Quote Request Sent To WWT?" changes to "Yes". Right now my workaround is to have it record a…

SUM formula with extending range
Is it possibly to have a SUM formula in a cell at the top of a column, calculating the sum of the contents of that said column, with the range beginning at a specific row but continuing to the bottom of the sheet and extending down as rows are added to the sheet automatically? It would obviously be easier for me to just…

In our data, we have names associated with partners, but when we share data we don't want to share names, so instead I'd like to create IDs. As you can see in the sample below, we use two columns because names can be repeated between…

Matching a Name to another sheet and is checking a row if it is a date
=IF(AND(MATCH([Team Member]@row, {Team Member}, 0), ISDATE({L1 Mixer})), 1, "") This is what I try and it returns incorrect argument set on the first row, but invalid data type on the remainder. It is a column formula.

If any of the cells being searched are not blank return a 1
=IFERROR(IF(AND(MATCH([Team Member]@row, {Team Member}, 0) > 0, COUNTIFS({Team Member}, [Team Member]@row, {L1 Mixer}, {L2 Mixer}, {L4 Mixer}, {L5 Mixer}, {L6 Mixer}, {L7 Mixer} <> "") > 0), "1", "0"), "Error") It is searching for all of them returning not blank. I am wanting if any of them are returning not blank.

How can I make COUNTIF into a column formula?
I have been using a COUNTIF formula that I am unable to convert to a column formula. Is there a way that I can alter it so it can be a column formula. This is what I have: And this is the message that pops up when I try to convert it to a column formula: I just don't want to continue to drag the formula down with each…

Is there a way to weight a report based on a value?
We track tasks with smartsheets and we have an effort level column that is meant to help demonstrate (via a report) what workload across a department looks like. We want to be able to create a report that weights projects with a '1 effort level' smaller than a '4 effort level'. Any suggestions on how we could do this?
