Add the ability change a columns number format. I added a new column but was unable to change the number format to percentage.

Ability to create an automation where the trigger is a specific value in a specific cell changes
Automations are great and I think you can increase the functionality for this feature by allowing other triggers.

UDF / User defined Fields for SysAdmins
I propose that you add a few extra fields that can be used by SysAdmins when provisioning users. Sending Notifications via TEAMS to specific member and not to all the members of the channel
We can send alerts via Outlook to specific people. However, when sending notifications thru TEAMS, they go to all members of the channel, which on my eyes defeats the purpose of the notification. My improvement request is to be able to notify specific person(s) via TEAMS and not all members of the Channel
