We been having reoccurring issues where email addresses/weblinks are being removed from notifications/emails sent via SS comments which are being sent by our Unlicensed Free Users. It has come to our attention that this is currently expected behavior for Unlicensed Free Users. The only way around this apparently is to provide our users with Smartsheet licenses as the email address/weblinks will not be removed from their emails if they are Licensed Users.
I do find this disappointing as we have over a thousand Unlicensed Free Users. Purchasing licenses for all of them is quite impractical. Links provided in emails and successfully being received should be a basic function regardless if a user has a license or not. Please fix this. We shouldn't have to pay for what should be a basic function.
