Locked column changing to date column type

Intake Sheet column entries lost
Hi, Ive changed a column from Project Sponsor to Business Sponsor and it seems to have deleted the previous entries in the columns. I can rectify by looking in activity log but is there a quicker way to restore the previous data in this column

How do I add conditions to an existing filter?
