Hello, I am super new to smart sheets, but have done very well with 99% of what I have needed to accomplish, however… When trying to create a condition labeled "Yes | No," and if Yes is selected in that row, then I want it to highlight another row also in the primary column to red to highlight it being the next step to…

Drop PDF to populate rows
As a sourcing analyst I have to take multiple pricing summaries from our consultants and enter the information into our Smartsheet. Currently that means a lot of copy and pasting and painful data entry. My question: Is there a way I can take the PDF they send me and drop it in Smartsheet and it auto populate my sheet based…

How can I create a Task/ To-Do List for each team member?
Hello, Looking to develop a task list for team members from our Project Tracker. Our sheet runs left to right and uses Column Headers to organize information rather than using Parent/Child row hierarchy. Currently, each step of the project has an expected completed date (automated by formula), an actual date column…

Large Sheet Notifications
We have a handful of very intricate, detailed, and logic-filled intake forms that are tracked in 3 separate master sheets separated by the type of intake. Each sheet is over 150 columns wide. My example is Condition path 1 - if state=X, request an approval from StateX email contact, if…

I have an automated workflow that triggers an approval request once a form is submitted. The workflow is set up to alert contacts in a cell when the request is submitted. The contact list that would be alerted is the request approver. The approver is just one person from a list of approvers; I have another workflow set up…

Alert - Send to contacts in a cell not working
We have a simple trigger to run when rows are added/changed to alert the task owner (contact column). Its set up as "Send to contacts in a cell" and none of my users are receiving the emails. One user received 20% of the emails… but like 5 hours later. When I run test on a row… I receive the email no problem.
