Automation Workflow "run once"
I have a date field that when reached I want to send a reminder email to the users. My question is will this automation literally run once when the next send reminder date is reached or will it run once each time one of those dates is reached.

Automate Update request gives access to view entire sheet

How do I have tiered authorizations?
As noted in the attachment, what I am looking for is a system of sign-offs where each person can sign off on a document and then it automatically fowards to the next person in line OR if the have changes, it gets sent back to me.
