Rename “lane” to “column” in card/board view
In Kanban Framework and in most tools what you call ‘lane’ in the Dashboard view is called ‘column’. This change may achieve a smoother adoption of your tool for new people. In addition, it will facilitate communication between people using Smartsheet and those familiar with the Framework or Kanban boards.

Move all tasks to new column, not just Parent cards!
I primarily work in card view, running the project via Scrum methodology. When I move level 1 cards into the 'done' column, it doesnt move the level 2 subtasks into 'done' as well.
