Why does Dynamic View sometimes display numerical data with several decimal places?

Section Breaks for Dashboards & Consolidating Space
I'd love to see section breaks for dashboards so that if you are consolidating any empty space it is moving up only in that section, rather than the whole dashboard. It would help minimize a lot of manual time changing widgets!
