Multiple selection dropdown formatting in Metric Widget

Hi all!

As of now, when using a Metric Widget in a dashboard that pulls from a multi select dropdown field, the values appear like this (see image), a blue-ish/cyan color as a background. It would be great to be able to customize the colors or even better, from a consistency perspective, to have the formatting pulled from the underlying sheet (like most other fields). Sounds a bit random that because of the data type of the column the behavior for formatting is different.

I would like this feature that Monday.com has not just in a widget, but in the sheet itself. Makes it easier to look for a certain colour.

I second this request. If you are customizing colors on a dashboard, it's frustrating to have a background color on dropdown list items that doesn't align with your organization's Branding color palate

I would agree - the background color used to be grey, which was consistent with the sheets and much less likely to clash with branding colors on the dashboard. Please add this functionality.
