Counting Check Boxes Across Multiple Sheets
I have the same sheet for 7 different individuals that has 12 columns and 38 rows...each cell is a check box. I want to create the same sheet that shows a count of each sheet per cell. So, how many of the 7 sheets selected row 1, column 2? How many selected row 1, column 3? And so on. I have seen numerous discussions about…

Approval Alerts & Actions -Column Data visibility
Would anyone know how the approver could view certain column fields? I tried the Advanced Option and checked things off but it still does not show the data in the columns I checked off.

Auto format phone number

Approval requests not sending notifications
I noticed since a facelift of the Smartsheet interface yesterday that approval requests are not sending notifications. I've reviewed my alert rules, and tried different combinations, still no notifications get sent. Anyone else having the same issue?

Report or view for staff allocations

Dashboard Chart Displaying Currency for Viewer
Hi Smartsheet community, As an Admin, I setup a dashboard with a chart showing data with $ signs. A viewer sees the same dashboard chart with US$ signs. Is there a way for the viewer to see only $? Thanks for any suggestions! Dee

Export to MS Project
Hi, When I export a sheet with a Gantt chart to MS Project, I loose all the data on task duration, dates, predecessors, etc. Is there a way to export keeping this project information intact? Thanks, David
