Approval requests not sending notifications
I noticed since a facelift of the Smartsheet interface yesterday that approval requests are not sending notifications.
I've reviewed my alert rules, and tried different combinations, still no notifications get sent.
Anyone else having the same issue?

I think I found the problem in the Rule setup.
From: When the following change occurs
% Complete changes to 100%
To:
% Complete changes to 1

Hi,
The requests from smartsheet show that an email has been sent, but none of my clients nor colleagues receive any email from smartsheet.
Is there a problem? or a work around this?

having the same issue. Was working yesterday but noticed today that it isn't working anymore

I'm also having the same issue.

I fixed the issue.
Click on Alerts and Actions > Settings > confirm that "Unrestricted" is selected
