Hi All, I use Send update request to email alias that automatically creates a JIRA ticket. However the Open Update Form Button - is not linked in the JIRA ticket description ? Any ideas how I can get the Update Form button to open ?

Skype for Business - having issues with joining people in conversations
Skype for business has all been set up for us and I can see who is online, however when I try to open up a chat withsomeone it always shows the message, once I have typed in that they cannot join the conversation and they disappear in the window.
