I am trying to create a vacation tracker and Form request. I created the grid and form, is there a way to get the form to fill for a specific line in the tracker? Instead of just top or bottom and then having to move the information manually?

Automate Update request gives access to view entire sheet
Is there a way of using automation for update request without giving the assigned person view access to the entire sheet? I don't want to do manual requests on each row. Also if they are not a viewer the automation fails. The email that goes out has 'go to the sheet' on the bottom which allows them to view the whole sheet…

pivots and access permissions
does anyone have experience and solution for a failure of the pivots app to create ''accessible'' destination sheets in workspaces that I own? The pivot creates the sheets, but will not run, and informs I have no permission to access the sheet. pivots and sheets previously created are still working OK, updating hourly.

Rotating Assignee on weekly basis
I’m building a Smartsheet to rotate 30 assignees on a weekly schedule, with each task spanning one week. The formula I created is returning a ‘#UNPARSEABLE’ error. Could anybody advise on how to correct it or recommend an alternative formula that supports this rotation? Any visuals appreciated as well.
