There is only a connector for Microsoft Dynamics D365 but our company uses the Finance and Operations Dashboard for Microsoft D365. It will only pull information from CRM and there's no connector for the Finance and Operations information that we track. We have to manually enter that data currently because the connector for CRM is not useful.
The current Smartsheet connector mainly supports Dynamics 365 CRM (Dataverse). There isn’t a native connector for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations transactional data.
For F&O environments, integrations are usually handled through OData, Data Management exports, or middleware tools like Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
If direct F&O support is important, it would be great to see Smartsheet expand its native connector capabilities.
