I am attaching a screenshot, because I don't know how else to explain this - my discussion row is gone. How do I get it back?

Right-click on the header and select "Unhide All Columns"
Adam, if what Robin said isnt the answer... and it is a Row that is now hidden by the + sign then Right Click on the Primary column and choose "Expand all" .
Hopefully that resolves the question... if not then tell us more?
