I am trying to attache a pdf file that is 1.43 MB. (max file size is 256 MB) I tried with explorer and chrome. The far right hand of the row shows a green circle with a pie sliver which eventually disappears. The end result is no file gets loaded.
Can you give us some context as to where you're trying to attach a PDF file? In a Smartsheet form, in the community posting?
I was trying to add a file from the server to my worksheet in Smartsheet. . Basically some files just wouldn't load using the attach a file feature within Smartsheet. This problem seems to have gone away.
