I have been trying for 3 months to try to figure out why my RM Smartsheet integration with our ERP has stopped working. We know it's getting stopped on the RM side but no one from support will engage with me to resolve. I have been promised multiple times that "someone will work with me" but have yet to get any type of follow up or even a reply.

If you still haven’t received a response from Support, please try calling in for immediate help. You can find the Support phone number by clicking your Account Icon > Plan Info… > Call 24x7 Support at the bottom of the window that appears.

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
