I'm not sure what changed, but I can no longer authenticate using SSO when logging into the desktop app. It works just fine on the web.
The initial screen looks the same as on the web - I have the option to sign in with Microsoft - but once selected, I have to type in my username, click Next, then pw, then Sign in, then have to complete MFA steps until I'm finally logged in. There's a time-out of 60min and then I have to do it all again.
My IT department had me clear my cache and it worked once but then went back to not recognizing me or my domain.
Anyone have a similar experience and know how to fix it?
I like the desktop app because I can keep a bunch of tabs open outside of the web but it's not worth it to have to log in this way 5+ times every day.
