I have been invited to join a new Smartsheet account for a different business using the same email address that I use for my original Smartsheet account.
After accepting the invitation, Smartsheet now automatically takes me into the new account, and I can no longer access my original Smartsheet account.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to switch back to my original account or change which account opens by default when I sign in?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
