How to make dynamic placeholders stop duplicating down email

We have an automated report that sends out once a week using dynamic placeholders in the email automation. everything is working mostly as it should however we cannot figure out how to get one of the placeholders not to copy down the whole email.

The placeholders we are using are
{{Start Date}} - {{End Date}}

{{Agent}} - {{Number of Calls}} Calls

which is providing the information however the date range is copied on every line down the email. for example it says
06/20/26 - 06/26/26

Name - 10 Calls
-
06/15/26 - 06/21/26

Name - 8 Calls
-
06/20/26 - 06/26/26

Name - 8 Calls
-
06/20/26 - 06/26/26

Name - 6 Calls

How can we get the date range to only appear once?

@ASK Since it's sent on a schedule and you have the placeholder in the notificaiton template, it's going to replicate like that.

No way to changing that, when you have the notifications going out like that. Only want to batch it otherwise is you'd need an external automation (like Power Automate) to control that and not use Smartsheet's automation to send them
