Common Notification Errors

Question

I have two sheets that use the exact same workflow:

Trigger: When rows added/changed

When checkbox - checked

Send to contact in a cell

Then record date

In one sheet the workflow works as intended.  In the other, the workflow appears to work (date is recorded) but no notification is received.

I have already confirmed that the contact cell is appropriate type, automation permissions are set to "unrestricted", and our organization is not blocking or holding emails from Smartsheet.

Any other ideas?

Are you able to provide some screenshots of the automation as well as a couple of rows where the automation should have sent the alert but did not?

Yes. The contacts are already listed.  Notification should send once I check the box.

Have you confirmed that the contact is definitely listed in the cell before the automation triggers?
