Software Developers are the worst at testing, no matter how good they are in their job. That's a universal tech rule.
They do have beta testing groups as well as an Early Adopter Program. While they may not send every feature / update through these programs, the programs do exist.

I'm unable to build stacked charts with the new dashboard chart builder. I put in a Support Ticket and this is expected behavior. I earned the Smartheet Superstar and Automagician badges. I attempted to claim them; however, after signing into my account, they do not appear on my dashboard. Could you please advise on how I can access them? Thank you.
