There are several posts about this but I do not see anything addressing the fact that this issues is absolutely not resolved. It worked yesterday at approx 7:30 AM Central and as of two hours ago, automation is still not working. This automation is specifically used to copy a row to another sheet so a pdf template can be populated. The rows are not copying and I suspect when this does get the attention of Smartsheet, I will have automations trigger on another sheet that should not when they attempt to fix the issue. This has been going on since July 30. I hope that Smartsheet will finally understand the impact this is having on customer and actually take time to investigate, monitor for more than a couple of hours (probably 3-4 days) and fix it for good. I know I'm not the only that is at the end of their rope. And, again, no notification to customers. I feel bad for anyone that has rarely used automations and will find out much later that this product has not been working as intended.
