I have been using the Enhanced Global Updates feature in Control Center for the past year, and I want to have a widget point to project specific links, namely to MS Teams and Jira. The goal would be to enable stakeholders who have access to those know where to go when checking the project-specific dashboard. However, my first attempt was to include a Shortcut widget that would include a placeholder link for the MS Team as a starting point. I would then manually update the link to the proper MS Team, but unfortunately, anytime I publish a change to the Blueprint template, the project links get wiped and the placeholder returns. So I changed the widget to be a metric widget to pull the link from the corresponding field in the Intake sheet, so where someone posted a link to MS Teams, there would be a widget for it. However, while that prevents it from being wiped out, the widget itself is not linked. I would need to manually add a widget behavior to open the link, which again, would require an extra step otherwise not needed.
Is there a suggestion for how to feature a live link for the project MS Teams? I suppose I could have a Project Link report, with a report widget that features just the link itself for easy access.
The suggested feature request would be to make links live when pulling from a summary sheet or elsewise.
